Refund policy

We want you to love your Everbare pieces 🤍

If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must remain attached

• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos attached.

We will happily replace or refund faulty items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear once processed.
